Description: Steel Target Hinge. The hinge is a solid piece of heat treated 1/2" round placed through some alloy tubing that has a 9/16 i.d.. The ends of the round were slightly bent into a handlebar shape so that the tubing could be raised higher than the back of the plate. Once again all materials were scrap.
