Description: Metalform "Springfield" Magazine for 9mm 1911s. Made by Metalform, supplied by Springfield as their OEM mag in 9mm 1911 pistols, this mag has a mini-feed ramp at the front and serves to keep short 9mm rounds from nose-diving in the long 1911 magazine. Designed by Rob Leatham.

Yes, replying to myself. But since posting this it seems that Springfield is no longer supplying this with their 9mm pistols. I suspect it is cheaper for them to supply, well, cheaper magazines. This mag is still available, at least the full-size mags. I've laid in a good number in both full-frame and OACP sizes--because they work so well.
