Description: I was primarily teaching shotgun, but I also had the opportunity to help the ladies of the 2014 NRA Women's Wilderness Escape hit long-range silhouettes and the "white buffalo" at 1123 yards. The photo was taken on the NRA Whittington Center's High Power Rifle Silhouette Range in early October 2014. The rifle is an FNH SPR chambered in .308 Winchester. The scope is a Leupold® Mark 4® LR/T® 3.5-10 x 40. It took three full turns of the elevation knob to go from the 100-yard zero to the target at 1123 yards. The scope took adjustments with great reliability, very impressive.
