Bob Munden Deceased at Age 70

We regret to report members of his family have confirmed Bob Munden died Monday, December 10 at 6:20 Mountain Time in Butte, Montana. The cause of death was heart failure, after a long period of declining health. Becky Munden, his wife of 50 years was at his side when he passed on.

Bob Munden was a master entertainer and known as the Fastest Man who ever lived. He had been a regular part of American Shooter, Shooting USA, and the most prominent personality appearing in Shooting USA’s Impossible Shots. Bob and Becky took their fast-draw shooting show on the road for nearly the entire 50 years of their marriage, introducing hundreds of thousands of Men, Women, and Children to the sport of fast draw, as they marveled at the Impossible shooting feats the Mundens regularly accomplished, both for crowds and for the TV cameras.

Bob Munden is survived by wife Becky, Daughters Natalie, and Mitzi. No final arrangements have been announced.
