I really don't want to start using this section to discuss politics that don't have anything to do with guns. I know several of you here are interested in political issues, and I am too, but that's why Joe has the Politics Forum. Robert is a regular there, and Allan has posted as well. Most of the users are conservatives so it is mostly a pleasant place to have conversations like this.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I agree. That’s the bad thing about Washington. Everybody has their own agenda and almost none of it has anything to do with making this country a better place. Which is, ironically, what those people are paid to do. Scary if you spend much time thinking about it.
