That's right--unfortunately the current Parliamentarian is not neutral, nor non-partisan, but a left-winger who clearly should be removed from that office by the current head of the senate, who is Senator Thune--he has that authority.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I just changed my message. IIRC, it was the unelected Senate Parliamentarian (another bureaucrat), a supposedly neutral, non-partisan individual who caused those items to be dropped. HArvey
