I only posted this thread to discuss the firearms aspects of a new political party. I think the linked editorial was completely correct about not going to brand new party.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I'm open to seeing what they offer. If it's more of the lukewarm gun support like the Republican party, I'm probably not too interested in that. Musk is an intriguing individual. Had a lot of respect for him before he went and bought Twitter and him getting involved in politics. I have zero respect for the way he conducted DOGE. As for Trump, I regret voting for him. His cabinet picks are among the worst that have ever been selected. In particular, Hegseth needs to go for the dissemination of Classified information. If you or I had done that we'd be in jail or fired. He should be subject to the same penalties. This doesn't mean I'd go back and vote for Harris. The Democrats have nothing and I mean nothing redeeming to offer. Republicans had that with Trump, but he's been a solid disappointment as well. |
