"CQ-A1 5.56mm automatic rifle is an automatic or semi-automatic weapon for infantry to kill individuals or group active objects. The rifle is characterized with light weight, high accuracy, high cyclic firing rate, easy operation, more cartridge-carrying and makes the operator enjoy a better annihilating firepower within 460m." Mike, I am surprised Canada hasn't outlawed these rifles as they seem capable of marching themselves into trouble. Seriously, thank you I needed the laugh. Since us 'Muricans are Norinco deprived, we need pictures. Pictures! |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I'm very pleased with the quality of this Nork M4, Mark. If Norinco is using the same QA standards for their 1911's then they are the absolute steal of the century at $325. I love the Introduction in the excellent User's Manual:- "CQ-A1 5.56mm automatic rifle is an automatic or semi-automatic weapon for infantry to kill individuals or group active objects. The rifle is characterized with light weight, high accuracy, high cyclic firing rate, easy operation, more cartridge-carrying and makes the operator enjoy a better annihilating firepower within 460m." I'm guessing they're speaking from personal experience of being at the sharp end of the M16/M4 rifles. No, Marg's ok with me getting one pistol and one rifle. This M4 comes with an ambi mag release and an ambi safety, both of which will have to go. The ambi mag release is stupid and the ambi safety on the right side interferes with my grip. I won't be altering this rifle much if I can help it. Mind you, that stock, front handguard and grip are so 1990's.... |
