In the constantly changing saga of who owns whom, ParaUSA was recently bought by Freedom Group, Inc., the folks who already own Remington, Bushmaster, DPMS/Panther Arms, Marlin, H&R, Parker, Mountain Khakis, AAC and Dakota.

According to a Freedom Group press release, Para will continue day to day operations in their Pineville, NC, facility. No word yet on any changes to the Para product lineup.
