Midway simply said they cannot accept my C&R for the M57, as the ones they have (and Classic Arms as well) are not C&R eligible. I wonder if BATFE has made a change in these older Yugo pistols? Harvey

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What's funny is that the gun is now under current production by Zastava, a Serbian company. I think this is what is clouding the C&R picture. I think the ones with the Yugo crest are C&R simply because the country that made them no longer exists.
