Okay, thank you. How I got started on this is, I ran into a retired police officer that I’d done some training with back in the day. In chatting with him, he happened to mention that C/D had been repealed. I had thought he was a sharper than average pencil. Guess not! I knew I’d get the straight scoop from you. Thanks. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Long story short, I had somebody (who should have been in a position to know) tell me that Missouri repealed the Castle Doctrine. I tried to look that up and couldn’t find any evidence of it being repealed. It didn’t get repealed, did it? Unless it happened this morning Harvey |
, I'd have to say it has not been repealed. As a matter of fact, it is being mentioned a lot in the Kansas City case where that 80-something man shot the teenager at his front door.
