So I was right--you do have one!  BTW, regarding extraction, I have the same problem on occasion with my own most treasured rifle, given to me by a favorite uncle when I was 11. Decades and decades of use created a slight bend in the ejector, sometimes preventing full contact with the case rim. Meant to replace the part for years but never did. Should because I'll give the rifle to my son some day. Numrich Gun Parts Corp is a good source for mid-century gun parts of these sorts.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I do have one. It was my father's .22 Bolt gun when he was a kid. This remains one of my most treasured firearms. It does have problems extracting rounds every now and then. I haven't shot this in a decade or so. Might have to rectify that later this weekend.
