yeah i envisioned ising thst as a hone defemse rifle many yeara agp. now its in the back of a safe. will pull it out soon and dose it again with ballistol. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: So I was right--you do have one!  BTW, regarding extraction, I have the same problem on occasion with my own most treasured rifle, given to me by a favorite uncle when I was 11. Decades and decades of use created a slight bend in the ejector, sometimes preventing full contact with the case rim. Meant to replace the part for years but never did. Should because I'll give the rifle to my son some day. Numrich Gun Parts Corp is a good source for mid-century gun parts of these sorts.
