Smith & Wesson Releases Lipsey’s Exclusive 610 and 617 Mountain Gun Models

I really like the look of these revolvers, especially the N-frames.  I had a Model 629 for a while, which I stupidly sold.  With their tapered barrels these guns remind me of S&W old-timey revolvers--with the exception of their stainless construction, of course.

Here's my former 629 for comparison to the new S&Ws above.  Note which front sights are for carrying in a holster and which are not:
