Yeah. that's kind of what I am leaning toward. There are too many of these pistols out there IMHO for the market to just outright ignore. I'm thinking there'll be a 3rd Party firm that comes up with a fix and then sells the hell out of it to P320 owners. We'll see, this is just pure speculation on my part.

I'm not and have never been a big fan of external safeties on striker-fired guns. For some reason, I've had trouble deactivating the safety when drawing.
My Plain Jane SIG P365 doesn't have one and neither do any of my Glocks. That being said, they're worn in OWB holsters and I DID increase the trigger weight of my Glocks. I put the NY-1 Trigger Spring and "minus" connector in the triggers so that the trigger weight goes up to something like 7.5 pounds vice the normal 5.5 pound trigger that's in them. For the P365, I haven't done anything but have thought about somehow increasing the trigger pull weight. I've sidelined the P365 from anything carry-related until I can ascertain that there's no risk of the gun failing. A bit of overkill perhaps, but something I want to be sure of.

Do you mean an aftermarket parts change? I suppose that might be possible but for most people, the horse has already left the barn.
This is just my opinion but one reason for the 320's initial popularity was it’s short, light trigger. Any “fix” would require a heavier trigger pull, negating one of it’s popular features.
I’ve always liked thumb safeties, I think all 320's should have had them. But they aren’t real popular with most plastic fantastic pistol lovers.
