I will admit, the gun was fun to shoot and we picked up 4 for the shop with our initial and only order of these shotguns. I picked up one and the rest sold slowly. I picked it up in part because of its oddity and part because it was fun to shoot. It was also my home defense shotgun, such as it was sitting in a closet behind god knows how many other firearms. My first defense piece is the handgun I carry on a daily basis. Right now, I live in a townhouse with winding staircases where a shotgun just doesn't do that well, if one has to manuever. It also allows use of one hand so I can be on the phone if necessary. So, the defensive shotgun at home is something I've relegated to the back of the closet where as an option it was 3rd rate at best. I also have a Remington 870 with an 8 round magazine for a total of 9 rounds altogether. That's even further in the back of the closet and I've shot it all of 2 times. Saying to myself, "Yep, it leaves a pattern with the buckshot". It's getting dusted off and I'll probably take it to the range again to re-familiarize myself with it.
