I sold my P320 chambered in .40 S&W with 6 magazines for $100 and the shop that took it in stated they were gambling even with that offer due to the class action lawsuit and negative press that was being perpetrated. Two other shops outright refused to purchase the gun and were refusing all P320s being offered for sale. 

My .02 cents, keep it. If nothing else, it shows up in your collection as something the USA once issued and that they never should have dropped the Beretta M9, and should have at least looked at the Beretta M9A3.
