You can buy complete  spring kits from quality providers like Wilson.  You can't really tell about springs visually most of the time, so this is good advice.  If the pins are loose you can also buy pin kits from the same source.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The springs on this one are in pretty good shape, still, it's not a bad idea to replace all of them. They are cheap. TJ
