I've been carrying my Glock 35. I finally got around to changing out some parts. I have to say that the 3.5 connector/NY-1 spring doesn't feel much different from a 5.5 connector and NY-1. but it is about 1.5lbs or so lighter. I'm going to do this to my other two carry Glocks. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I use the Prezine Magwell. While it does work with stock magazines, the floorplate will be flush with the well when locked in place. I only use extended magazine baseplates with mine. I have mentioned this before to you, but for everyone else, I actually started using a Prezine magwell on my Glock 35 because it perfectly indexes my hand on the grip. I get a nice high hold and I can draw quickly without shifting my grip. So the speed of reloads actually is a distant second to the grip. Once I used it on my G35, I got another Prezine for the G24. If your Glock has Glock brand night sights, they are probably pressed in with a staking tool. You ruin the front sight when removing it with small pliers. IAE, I think I would have Glock "update" you G22 and refinish the slide -- you would have a "new" gun cheap! I can install any sights you like. |
