Frank, Understood, I just want a tough durable finish that looks good. The 1927 Sistema has no finish left on it. This will be a gun that will be a possible Conceal and Carry handgun, as well as something I just want to work on. TJ |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: TJ, I should emphasize that my friend was a guide and his gun was bounced around in metal skiffs with no attempt to protect the finish. That still doesn't change the fact that Teflon is soft. Frank |
