For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I've culled my "inventory" to mostly more modern semi-auto handguns, although I still have a couple of military bringbacks gathering dust. And there is still one revolver, a snubbie that lives in my office desk (just like in all those old black and white film noir movies). Regarding long guns, I'm guilty of having a bunch of ARs and an AK just in case the balloon goes up or the SHTF or the Mexicans Iranians Chinese and/or Caribbean Islanders decide to invade the Midwest of America. And because I'm of an age, I'm thinking of purchasing a powered walker that I could hang a rifle scabbard on just in case. But I digress. I'd like to reduce the inventory even more, but there seems to be a lack of gun shows now in this area. I suppose I could consider auctions, but I do like the face-to-face of shows. Sigh. Harvey |
