Interesting, but too many obstacles for the average guy, who is not going to be invited to tour the factory and be treated like a prince.  Average guys want a place where they can send their guns and have them come back nicely refinished, without a lot of fuss and especially without a lot of money.  I didn't see where this guy said what the cost was.  I am willing to bet I can't afford it.
