Harvey, Good points. I have heard from some other forums that the finish scratches easily. I want something that will last and stand up to scratches. That Diamond finish you have recommended so far is leading the way.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: TJ: BTW, I agree with what the others have said about the "softness" of Teflon finishes. As further proof, all I have to do is look at some of myTeflon coated cookware and see the scratches from accidently exposing it to something other than nylon, fiberglass or soft plastic. Harvey |
