I haven't looked at the history of that company, but it seems that they currently specialize in making parts for AR-15s.  Edited to add:  Here is the "About Us" page.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: To me personally, using the name "Sharps" for anything to do with the AR15 is practically heretic.  What the heck inspired that decision I'd love to know.
