Well hopefully, as the Army's M24s and Marines' M40s are phased out, CMP will get some and make them available to the civilian market.
Can you imagine the demand? And the prices they could command?
And here we thought the M1911A1s that CMP released were expensive. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think of the M700 as well as the quintessential American sniper rifle. A most excellent platform.
